Title: No Fat, No Salt Vanilla Ice Cream

4ozEgg Beaters or egg substitut
1cNonfat sour cream
1/4cNonfat dry milk
2cSkim milk
2/3cSugar
1tbVanilla extract
1/4tsLemon or almond extract

Combine ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until sugar and milk have dissolved and mixture is smooth. Chill in the refrigerator until ready to freeze. Pour into the ice cream maker and follow the manufacturer's insturctions for freezing.
